My favorite denstistry web site

Hi! bloggers, today it´s time to write about my favorite dentistry website.

First I have to tell you that when I was thinking about this topic, I didn't have idea about which was my favorite website, therefore I started to look for in the internet and I found  www.odontologia.uchile.cl, this website is an interesting  place where you can  know  the best faculty of dentistry  of Chile, this website is organized in  different topics like admission, pre-grade, post-grade, and extension, in each topic there are information of interest for the people, I want to stand out the admission topic because this is  the first place that the young students are required to visit when they have to decide which profession  are the best for them. Then when you are student of this faculty  my favorite website is an important link between the university and the students because all the important information  is exposed in there . Finally  you can do click in extension in this part there are  information about the cultural, academical and social extension that the faculty have plained for the external people,  I think that this  website is very important for us because is a  tool that  meets all the things that the different areas of the faculty are doing  for the Chilean people

Once were warriors

Hi! everybody , today it´s time to write about a film,  well  I don´t have a good memory for films but exist one that  I saw  in my antropology´s course in bachillerato and I think that it could be interesting for you.

"Once were warriors"it´s a film based in a bestseller  book writed by Allan Duff,  that show us  the story about the relations of New Zealand´s people  and the diference between two realities.

On one hand we can see  the native people called Maories whohave a special cosmovision about the life,
 with  all his  rituals and  customs and on the other hand  the film shows the urban reality with an occidental vision, but the most important topic that the writer and director  can explain to the espectators it´s how these diferent point of view about the life  are united in a poor new zeland´s family.

This  family is composed by  a marriage with kids, the mom is an important native that broke the rules of his culture because she married with a poor man , this situation forced her to lost  all the respect from his clan and leave to the city with his new husband, but the life in the city it wasn´t easy for she and his childrens, the reasons  of this includes that they hadn´t money , the man of the family  it was an alcoholic  fan of  the partys  and above all he was very violent with the people that love him. Also this history  tell a story about the oldest  child that represent the fusion between two worlds , and how  the influence of these generated a bad boy , who was part of a band where all the members have a representative maori´s tattoo.

I hope that you can  have fun with this film and a reflection about the conflict between two diferent cultures living  in the same place.

Welcome to cristina´s world

Hi! welcome to cristina´s world:

   My name is Cristina Sanzana Luengo, I am twenty one years old and I´m  from Osorno  ( south of Chile), and I think that you will love  read  my blog because I´m a very nice person, well first I have to tell you that  my english it´s not perfect but I´m trying learn it  and I hope that you can understand me.

  One of  things that I like more in this world is the farm, I say you this because I have one in the south with a lot of cows , chickens, porks,sheeps , three cats and two dogs (snoopy and kuky)  I love them, you can imagine the amazing   that is life in there. Other part of me is my family , they are very important for me and his names are Miguel (dad), Clara (mom), Cristian (little brother), vicente ( little brother) and I must have to say that I love them with all my heart. But my life is not only my family and the farm. In this moment I´m living without them, because I´m studying odontology  here  (santiago of Chile) in the Universidad de Chile, and I am very proud of myself for to be here, and the reason of this is that is dificcult to be in . I´m bachiller in  exact and natural sciences and the last year it was my graduation.

My artistic part it´s funny, I love music, knit with diferent techniques , for example frivolité, macramé and others , I like  to read books, paint with oils,  dance salsa and bachata.

Finally I can say that it´s important for me to be an informated  person in all of areas, because I love to talk with different people and if you want have fun  with a conversation, I invite you to be my new friend.
